In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Please call us when you arrive and select option 1 to speak with a staff member, and a member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet into the clinic.
Dogs: A staff member will come to your vehicle and take your dog into the clinic, as you wait in your vehicle.
Cats: Cats must be in a secure carrier, and a staff member will take your cat in the carrier into the clinic, while you wait in your vehicle.
At the conclusion of your pet’s exam, the Doctor will come to your vehicle to speak with you about your pet, please for safety of staff and clients wear a MASK. We can also take payment over the phone or it can be given to a staff member to process your payment, and you will then be given discharge instructions. We can also email this information to you. Please allow extra time as these new processes will impact workflow.
Pet Care Services: To minimize staff exposure we ask that if you or anyone in your household is ill to reschedule any non-urgent appointments. If you or anyone in your household is ill and the appointment is urgent please let us know about the illness so our staff can take extra precautions.
Medication Procedures: We are able to accommodate pharmacy refills via our phone system, option 2, We will let you know when your medication can be picked up and ask that you call when you arrive. Or use our online pharmacy through our website, Eastgatepetclinic.com.
